VOLUNTEERS ALWAYS WELCOME

These are the some of the things we do:

  • Pull ivy off trees and walls
  • Trim back vegetation
  • Rake up debris
  • Cut down shrubs
  • Cut up trees
  • Cut back brambles
  • Push a wheelbarrow
  • Clean lock walls
  • Drive an Allen Scythe
  • Light bonfires and feed them
  • Repair fences
  • Chop wood
  • Haul fallen timber
  • Fell trees
  • Make tea

If you think you could do any of these, why not come along and give it a try?

 

Work parties are normally held on the first Sunday of each month at various locations. The exact location may not be known until shortly before the work party is due to take place and there may be cancellations at short notice because of bad weather. Always check with the work party manager whose contact details appear on the Events page
